This extensive study surveyed 6,800 consumers across 22 cities in 15 different countries. As the Head of Global Marketing for a plastic surgery clinic specializing in anti-aging and facelifts, I find this data perfectly reflects what I see every day in Gangnam.

1. #1 in Cosmetics, #5 in Global Medical Services

According to the report, South Korea now ranks 1st globally in cosmetics awareness and 5th in overall medical service awareness.

When asked about their willingness to visit Korea specifically for medical tourism or services, a staggering 59.8% of global respondents stated they have the intention to visit.
